1. Which countries are eligible for free shipping?
I. We offer Free Standard Shipping to the following countries on orders that are $35 or more.

- United States
II. We do not ship to Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
2. What are your shipping rates?

Express Shipping to the United States is not available for: (Military Bases, AP, AE, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia)
3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
After we process your order(s), which could take 2-3 days, Express Shipping to Canada and Australia takes 7-9 business days; United States 5-8 business days; United Kingdom 6-10 business days.
Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping range from 5-25 days although in most cases, your package will arrive much sooner. Shipping time largely depends on the country of destination, customs clearance, holidays, or other potential delays such as when products are in high demand, postal strikes, bad weather conditions and so forth.
4. Is package tracking available?
Yes, tracking will be emailed to you within 5 business days or sooner. Please contact us if you have not received one after 5 business days. We do our best to adhere to estimated shipping times.
5. Do you issue refunds?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We will also issue you a refund or a credit if the incorrect item was shipped to you due to error on our part. We will not issue refunds due to shipping time disputes. Please refer to question 3 above for various shipping time frames.
6. Do you pay for return shipping
Yes, only in accordance with our return policy. Returns will be assessed individually depending on the reasons why you want to return your purchased item(s). We encourage you to communicate with us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions and concerns.
7. Why is the address on the package different from your store location?
We ship directly from the warehouses of our partner companies, which allows us to provide you with quality products, competitive prices, and low shipping fees. Multiple orders may come in separate packages with different arrival times.
8. Do you pay for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?
No, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees and taxes as the money collected goes to the recipient's local government, not to DiammonShop.
9. Can you give me estimated customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?
No, as actual costs vary from country to country, we are not able to provide you with this information. Please contact your customs office for more information.
