1. Do you issue refunds?
We will issue you a refund if your item was damaged in transit, defective or breaks within 30 days. We will also issue you a refund, a replacement, or a store credit if the incorrect item was shipped to you due to error on our part. We will not issue refunds due to shipping time disputes. Please refer to question 3 above for various shipping time frames.
2. Why is the address on the package different from your store location?
We ship directly from the warehouses of our partner companies, which allows us to provide you with quality products, competitive prices, and low shipping fees. Multiple orders may come in separate packages with different arrival times.
3. Do you pay for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?
No, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees and taxes as the money collected goes to the recipient's local government, not to DiammonShop.
4. Can you give me estimated customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?No, as actual costs vary from country to country, we are not able to provide you with this information. Please contact your customs office for more information.
