1. Which countries are eligible for free shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping to the following countries on orders that are $35 or more.

*France: Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. Packages cannot be shipped to Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
**United Kingdom: Packages can be shipped to mainland UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
***United States: Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States

It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. After that, shipping times are as follows:

In most cases, your package when shipped with standard shipping, will arrive much sooner than the estimated shipping time. Shipping time largely depends on the country of destination, customs clearance, holiday delays, product is in high demand, postal strikes or natural disasters.
4. Is package tracking available?
Yes, tracking will be emailed to you within 5 business days or sooner. Please contact us if you have not received one after 5 business days. We do our best to adhere to estimated shipping times.
5. Do you issue refunds?
We will issue you a refund if your item was damaged in transit, defective or breaks within 30 days. We will also issue you a refund, a replacement, or a store credit if the incorrect item was shipped to you due to error on our part. We will not issue refunds due to shipping time disputes. Please refer to question 3 above for various shipping time frames.
6. Do you pay for return shipping?
Generally, we will not require you to return item(s). Returns will be assessed individually depending on the reasons why you want to return your purchased item(s). We may offer a replacement, a store credit or a refund. We encourage you to contact us if you have questions and concerns.
7. Why is the address on the package different from your store location?
We ship directly from the warehouses of our partner companies, which allows us to provide you with quality products, competitive prices, and low shipping fees. Multiple orders may come in separate packages with different arrival times.
8. Do you pay for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?
No, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees and taxes as the money collected goes to the recipient's local government, not to DiammonShop.
9. Can you give me estimated customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?No, as actual costs vary from country to country, we are not able to provide you with this information. Please contact your customs office for more information.
